(Step 1) You’ll pick your service type (Standard or Mini Design) and any add-ons (like Same-Day Design or Keep it Green)(LINK-automatically scrolls to this offering), and check out. If we’re designing more than one room, you’ll add the total room quantity to your cart.

(Step 2) After you check out, you’ll receive a design questionnaire. This questionnaire is a fun way to provide more information about the room we’re designing, your likes and dislikes, and all the nitty gritty details (like measurements and furnishings you want to incorporate). You’ll also attach some photos of your space. One questionnaire will be filled out per room. If you selected Same-Day Design(LINK-automatically scrolls to this offering), you’ll need to fill out your questionnaire by 9am on your Design Day. 

(Step 3) Once I receive your questionnaire, I’ll get started designing your space. All designs include 2D mockups of the items selected, and a list of links to shop the pieces recommended. For Same-Day Design(LINK-automatically scrolls to this offering), you’ll receive a first draft by 1pm EST. For all other designs, you’ll receive a first draft within 3-5 business days.

(Step 4) You’ll review your design, and provide feedback, if you have any. This is where you’ll let me know if something selected doesn’t match your taste or needs. If this happens, I’ll re-source the item(s) and send an updated design. With each design, you have up to 3 business days to provide unlimited feedback and receive updated designs. 

(Step 5) Once you receive your design, you can start ordering right away! (In fact, that’s the best way to do it to ensure selected items remain in-stock). If you don’t have time to do the ordering part, be sure to add You Do The Shopping(LINK-automatically scrolls to this offering), to your order, and I’ll place all orders on the same business day that the design is finalized.
